This site's write-ups are only trustworthy if it has nothing to gain from what they say. That is a claim, and a claim about independence should be stated plainly enough to check. So here it is, in full.

What the site does not take money for

No sellers. Nothing is for sale here, and no link leads to a supplier.
No advertising. There are no ads, no sponsored posts and no paid placement — nothing on any page was bought.
No affiliate links. No link earns a commission if you click or buy. There is nothing to click to buy.
No industry funding. The site takes no money from manufacturers, compounders, suppliers or anyone else with a financial interest in the compounds it describes.

Why that matters

A source that earns when you buy has a reason to round every uncertainty in the flattering direction — weak evidence into “promising”, a forum dose into “the standard protocol”. Having no commercial interest in any compound is the only reliable guarantee that there is no reason to describe one generously, and it is what lets this site write the one sentence a seller never will: there is no good reason to think this works.

The conflict-of-interest statement

The site holds no financial interest in any compound, manufacturer or seller it writes about, is not paid to describe anything, and gains nothing from whether a reader uses a compound or not. Nothing is ranked or recommended. Doses are reported as a factual description of what has been studied, never as an instruction to buy or use.

If this ever changes

Costs could one day be offset in a way that keeps the site independent — for example a cookieless donation or a clearly-labelled grant. If anything of that kind is ever introduced it will be disclosed on this page and on the privacy page, before it takes effect, and it will never include advertising, affiliate links, sellers, or money from a party with an interest in the compounds. Independence is the point of the site; a funding model that compromised it would defeat it.

Independence: common questions

Do you make money from the compounds described here?

No. There are no sellers, no affiliate links, no advertising and no sponsored placement, so there is no compound the site has a financial reason to describe favourably. That absence of interest is the whole basis for trusting the write-ups.

Is this an affiliate or review site in disguise?

No. Nothing is ranked, nothing is recommended, there is no “best peptide for” anything, and no link leads to a shop. A review site earns when you buy; this one earns nothing whichever way you go, which is the point.

How is the site paid for, then?

It is a static site, which costs very little to host, and it is run as an independent project rather than a business. It takes no money from anyone with an interest in the compounds. If any funding model were ever introduced, it would be disclosed here first — see below.

Why do brand names like Ozempic appear if you are not affiliated?

To identify the product being described — what trademark law calls nominative use. Naming a drug to say what it is implies no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction. See how entries are written.
