An independent peptide reference — no sellers, every claim sourced

Terms of use

The short version: read it, learn from it, quote it with a link. Do not scrape it, mirror it or republish it as your own. The longer version is below, in plain language.

1. Using the site means accepting these terms

By using PeptideX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They may change; the version on this page is the one that applies.

2. This is not medical advice

PeptideX is information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not an instruction to use anything. Many compounds described here are not approved for human use. Nothing on the site replaces a qualified doctor. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Information is provided “as is”

Great care is taken to be accurate and to cite sources, but the site is provided without warranty of any kind. It may contain errors, and product information and research change over time. Use it as a starting point, verify anything that matters against the primary sources, and do not rely on it as your only source.

4. Copyright and ownership

The text, structure, selection and arrangement of the entries, together with the site's design and code, are the work of PeptideX (Rodin Research Group) and are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

To be clear about what that does and does not cover: facts cannot be owned. A dose, a half-life or a trial result is free for anyone to use. What is protected is the specific wording, and the compilation — the particular selection, checking and arrangement of many facts into these entries. That is what these terms protect.

5. What you may do

6. What you may not do

Want to reuse more than a brief quote? Ask — reasonable requests are usually fine.

7. Crawlers and AI

Search-engine and AI crawlers are welcome to access the site as set out in the robots.txt, so that the content is findable. That access is a permission, not a transfer of rights: it does not license anyone to republish the content, and it can be narrowed or withdrawn at any time by changing the robots.txt.

8. Trademarks

Brand names such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and others are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear only to identify the product being described — nominative use. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or implied, in either direction. More on that.

9. Links to other sites

Links to research databases, regulators and other external sites are provided for reference. PeptideX does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their policies; following a link takes you to them under their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PeptideX is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or anything on it. You use the information at your own risk, and decisions about your health belong with a qualified professional.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union and, where a matter falls to a national court, the law of the member state in which the site owner is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Reporting a problem, or a takedown

To report a factual error, a copyright concern, or to request permission to reuse content beyond a brief quotation, contact the site owner via the contact page. Genuine copyright complaints and correction requests are taken seriously and acted on.
