The native GHRH(1-29) fragment — the shortest active piece of the real hormone. It clears in minutes, producing a brief pulse of GH release that is close to the body’s own pattern. It was once an FDA-approved product (Geref), withdrawn in 2008 for commercial rather than safety reasons.
CJC-1295 with DAC
A modified GHRH analogue carrying a drug-affinity complex (DAC) that binds it to albumin, stretching its action to roughly 6–8 days. That turns the brief GHRH pulse into a sustained, days-long elevation — a bigger total signal, but further from the body’s natural rhythm. The short-acting version without DAC is essentially Mod GRF 1-29.
